Resilience Pathways

If you’re looking to take control of your work experience on your own terms, The Resilience Pathway Self-Coaching Program is here for you. This program empowers you to assess your work environment, build resilience, and create a personalized plan to thrive, all at your own pace.
Online Course
The online course is a self-directed, on-demand course led by Dr. Timothy R. Clark. This course cuts straight to the heart of psychological safety and provides you with tools to deepen your understanding of the concept and provide you with practical behaviors to help increase the overall psychological safety of your team.
Team Assessment
This package includes a 60-min workshop on the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, the team assessment, up to 4 comprehensive reports (company and 3 demographic reports), a review of the assessment results, recommendations, and unlimited support throughout the process.
